El Prado is an evolution of the Martinez restaurants.

Opened by my late father in the early 90’s with his business partner Jesus. They both introduced the brasserie concept from the well renowned La Brasserie on St Marys street, Cardiff. El Prado is situated in Laleston, west of Bridgend town centre.

We regret to inform you we have no high chair facilities, but you are more than welcome to bring your own and we would be happy to accommodate it. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note we operate a smart/casual dress code with no exceptions.

Please let us know if your running late for a booking as tables will only be held for 10 minutes from your booking time.

We endeavour to source the best local fish and meat.

All our food is freshly prepared by a team of highly skilled chefs spear headed by Andrew Jones. All our meats are cooked over the finest oak charcoal to give you the best flavours. Our freshly displayed fish produce is supplied to us by our local fish monger. Over the past 40 years we have forged a strong working relationship with all our local suppliers. As a family run business, we pride ourselves on providing the best produce we can offer.
